We value our customers and strive to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please give us a call at 1-877-327-0745.  If you are not happy with your safety pole pads, we offer a full refund (minus shipping) if the product is returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

We are confident that our product is durable and well-made.  That is why we also offer limited 120-day warranty on our safety pole pads.  If your safety pole pads do not hold up to normal wear and tear, we will replace them at our expense.
